The Evelumo Decision Sprint turns one critical path into a working, testable slice. We agree on a success criterion, test the largest risk and finish with a concrete recommendation: buy, build or stop.
The Sprint can confirm the flow, logic and verification method. It does not confirm production readiness of the complete product.
Input
One problem, one domain owner and one success criterion.
We do not begin with a full specification or a feature backlog. We select the decision or flow that determines whether further investment makes sense.
You provide a domain expert who understands the exceptions. We remain responsible for product thinking, design, technology, implementation and quality control.

Deliverables
A working slice with evidence limited to what we actually tested.
We build a real interface and logic for the selected scenario. If data or an integration is the key risk, we use a representative sample or a controlled technical connection.
The path receives acceptance criteria, an automated critical-flow test and an independent review by a second expert. The result can be inspected, completed and challenged.

Terms
The Sprint is a self-contained stage, not a hidden deposit for a larger project.
The price is PLN 10,000 net. If we continue together with a project worth more than PLN 60,000 net, the full PLN 10,000 is credited against implementation.
Once settled, you receive the final materials and code from the technical experiment. You may continue with Evelumo, hand the result to another partner or stop the investment.
FAQ
Decision Sprint questions
Will I receive a finished MVP after five days?
No. You receive a working, testable slice of one critical path. The Sprint does not cover a complete product, full operational security or production readiness.
What if an off-the-shelf product is the better choice?
We recommend buying or configuring it. Custom software is not the goal. The goal is a safer investment decision.
Do we have to continue with Evelumo?
No. Once the Sprint is settled, you receive the materials and experiment code. Continuing is a separate decision.
Is one decision holding up the whole project?
Describe the scenario. We will review the available context before the call and use 20 minutes to decide whether a Sprint is the right next step.
