Before starting, we select the part of your sales process, the questions to answer and, if needed, one risk to test. We agree access to knowledge, data and systems. Other areas are recorded as dependencies or further analysis.

Terms
The price is PLN 10,000 net. If we continue together with an implementation worth more than PLN 60,000 net, the full PLN 10,000 is credited against its price.
No. Once settled, you receive the final materials and any test code created. You can continue with Evelumo, hand the plan to another partner or stop the investment.
Implementation plan questions
Does every project require a paid implementation plan?
No. For a straightforward project with a clear scope, we can move from the initial conversation to agreeing implementation. We propose a paid plan for larger projects or when unknowns make scope and cost difficult to establish.
What will I receive in the e-commerce implementation plan?
In five working days, we prepare a plan for an agreed part of your sales process: first-release scope, a Medusa / reusable base / custom code split, an approach to relevant integrations and migration, plus stages and a cost estimate with assumptions. When needed, we test one critical risk. We agree the scope before starting; it is not a complete specification of every system or a finished store.
Do we have to continue with Evelumo after the plan?
No. Once settled, you receive the final materials and any test code created. You can continue with Evelumo, hand the plan to another partner or stop the investment.
