Medusa. Our specialization.

We specialize in Medusa implementations. We choose complementary technologies to fit your business needs, integrations and plans for growth.

Examples of complementary technologies

  • React
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL

These are examples, not a fixed stack. Project requirements guide the selection.

When Medusa makes sense for your sales

When growing sales means changing the process as well as the storefront. We examine business requirements, integrations and the limits of your current platform.

Start with your sales process

  • Your own sales rules

Pricing, buyer roles or order workflows need logic tailored to your business.

  • Integrations that connect the process

Your catalogue, inventory and orders need to work with ERP, PIM or other systems.

  • New channels and platform limits

You want to launch another sales channel or change the buying experience, but your current system limits development.

  • B2B and B2C on separate systems

Different technologies and processes mean maintaining both. It is worth examining what can be shared and what should stay separate.

Facing a different process or constraint? Let’s see whether Medusa is the right foundation.

Let’s talk about your project

Start with proven code. Build around what makes your business different.

We combine Medusa with our own reusable implementation code. Before estimating, we establish which parts fit your sales process, which need adapting and which need a new implementation.

Reuse

Medusa capabilities and parts of our implementation base that match your project requirements.

Together, we identify what can be included without building it from scratch.

Adapt

Configuration, interface and behaviour of existing components for the way you sell.

We agree on changes and the criteria for checking how they work.

Build

Business-specific logic and integrations that the selected base does not cover.

We define the work, dependencies and risks.

Our implementation base

We will apply this breakdown to your project during our conversation. You will see what determines the scope and what needs a separate estimate.

Let’s discuss the base for your project

A conversation. Clear scope. Working e-commerce.

You work directly with the founders. The same people connect business goals with design, architecture and implementation, preserving context and accountability.

  1. Start with a conversation

Tell us how you sell and what you want to change. Working directly with the founders, you establish whether Medusa fits and what the first step should be.

  2. Agree on scope

For a clear project, we move to implementation arrangements. For larger projects or important unknowns, we propose a paid e-commerce implementation plan.

  3. Review working increments

We deliver agreed stages and demonstrate them through sales scenarios. You see progress, test behaviour and help shape the next decisions.

  4. Release and evolve

We check acceptance criteria, critical paths and quality. After launch, we develop the product around sales and user needs.

AI sets the pace. Experience sets the direction.

We show working increments during delivery so you can test them against your own sales scenario. Medusa, our reusable base and AI help us build efficiently, while the founders guide decisions and own quality.

The same starting point: I want to improve how we sell online.

A handoff-led model

Work moves between stages and teams.

  1. Brief
  2. Specification
  3. Build
  4. Acceptance

You test the working journey only at acceptance.

Evelumo

We show a working increment during delivery.

  1. See what works sooner

We show a working increment using your buying scenario. You can test it and point out what needs to change.

  2. Start from more than a blank page

We check what fits from Medusa and our own base. AI supports the path from agreed scope to implementation.

Medusa + reusable base + AI
  3. Know who owns decisions

You work directly with the founders. We test critical paths and have another expert review changes.

    Founders + quality review

See the result. Test it. Decide together what comes next.

Let’s discuss your sales scenario

E‑commerce experts. Directly on your project.

Work with founders who connect sales understanding with Medusa design and implementation. From defining scope to evolving the store, you know who owns product and technical decisions.

E-commerce implementation plan

For a larger project or an unclear scope, we establish what to launch first, how to connect systems and how to plan the budget. Five working days cover an agreed part of your sales process and, when needed, a test of one critical risk.

  • The first release

Sales process, priorities and acceptance criteria. A split between Medusa capabilities, our reusable base and code specific to your project.

  • Integrations and migration

An approach to the connections and data needed within the agreed scope. If a risk blocks the decision, we check it with a working test.

  • Stages and cost

A delivery sequence and cost estimate with assumptions, dependencies and open questions.

The full €2,500 is deducted from a project above €15,000 net.

Let’s discuss the first step

We propose paid preparation when the scope needs clarification. For a straightforward project, we move from the conversation to agreeing implementation.

Before we start your e-commerce project.

You do not need a finished specification or a migration decision. Start with how you sell.

When should we choose Medusa?

When sales processes, integrations or new channels need a platform tailored to the business. We examine order workflows, data, existing systems and maintenance scope. If a simpler off-the-shelf solution meets your needs, we will say so before implementation.

Can you bring our B2B and B2C sales together?

This is one scenario we analyse. First, we compare processes, pricing rules, data and integrations across both channels. Then we assess what a shared platform should cover, what needs to stay separate and the migration risks. We do not assume savings or a need to replace both systems.

Does every project require a paid implementation plan?

No. For a straightforward project with a clear scope, we can move from the initial conversation to agreeing implementation. We propose a paid plan for larger projects or when unknowns make scope and cost difficult to establish.

We do not have a finished specification yet. Is it too early?

No. For the first conversation, one real scenario and a person who understands it well are enough. Together we will identify what we still do not know and the smallest scope worth testing before specifying the entire product.

What will I receive in the e-commerce implementation plan?

In five working days, we prepare a plan for an agreed part of your sales process: first-release scope, a Medusa / reusable base / custom code split, an approach to relevant integrations and migration, plus stages and a cost estimate with assumptions. When needed, we test one critical risk. We agree the scope before starting; it is not a complete specification of every system or a finished store.

How do you use AI and protect data?

AI supports analysis, prototyping, design, code and testing, but it does not make decisions for us or replace quality control. Before work begins, we agree on approved tools, data types and confidentiality rules. Evelumo remains accountable for decisions and outcomes.

Who is accountable for the project and its quality?

The people involved in the workshop remain engaged in design, technology, implementation and deployment. The project is not passed between departments, and every release goes through agreed acceptance criteria, critical-path tests and an independent quality review.

Do we have to continue with Evelumo after the plan?

No. Once settled, you receive the final materials and any test code created. You can continue with Evelumo, hand the plan to another partner or stop the investment.

Let’s talk about your e-commerce.

Tell us how you sell today and what you want to change. Together, we will assess whether Medusa fits your project and where to start.
