E-commerce development services built around how your company sells

We design, build and grow e-commerce for companies that have outgrown off-the-shelf platforms. We specialise in Medusa.js and contribute directly to the platform. Every project starts with how you sell, not with a feature list.

We only show work that runs publicly, and we do not claim results we have not measured.

  • We contribute directly to Medusa
  • You work with the founders
  • A fixed price for an agreed scope

How we work

  1. Conversation

20 minutes with the founders: how you sell, what you want to change and whether Medusa fits the project.

  2. Scope and fixed price

When the project is clear, we quote the first stage at a fixed price. When there are unknowns, we start with the implementation plan.

  3. Working increments

We show each stage on your own sales scenarios, not only at acceptance.

  4. Release

We test the critical paths, move the data and launch the store following a cutover plan.

  5. Growth

After launch, we develop the store in further stages, each with an agreed scope and price.

Questions about working with us

How much does e-commerce development cost?

It depends on the scope: the number of integrations, data migration, custom sales logic and interface design. We work at a fixed price: once the scope is agreed, you get a price per stage rather than an hourly rate. When the scope is unclear, we start with the implementation plan (5 working days, €2,500 net), which ends with a cost estimate.

How long does an e-commerce implementation take?

It depends on the first-release scope and how many systems need connecting. We provide the timeline together with the quote and split it into stages you can see working as we go.

SaaS platform or a Medusa solution?

If you sell in a standard way and your current platform does not block change, SaaS is often enough, and we will tell you so. Medusa makes sense when your sales need custom pricing, roles, orders or integrations, and the costs and limits of an off-the-shelf platform start slowing you down.

How do I choose an e-commerce development partner?

Check whether you can see working projects, who will actually work on yours and how the scope is priced. With us, you work directly with the founders, our projects are publicly available and the scope is quoted at a fixed price.

What do you not do?

We do not run advertising campaigns or store marketing. We are responsible for the product: design, implementation, integrations, migration and ongoing development.
