Find where your store and your ERP disagree

A connector log can report every sync as a success while the store sells items the warehouse no longer has, hides items it does have and shows prices the ERP has never seen. Give this check two exports you already have, one from the ERP and one from the store, and it shows the gaps SKU by SKU.

Compare two exports

One file from your ERP or warehouse system, one from your store. Each needs a SKU column and a stock column; a price column is optional.

Your files are read in this browser tab. Nothing from them is sent to us or to anyone else: no file, no SKU, no quantity, no price, no total.

How the check works

How it works

Export the product list from your ERP or warehouse system and the product list from your store. Each file needs a SKU and a stock quantity, plus a price if you want prices compared. The check matches the rows by SKU and counts what differs.

  • Choose the two files. CSV and Excel (.xlsx) both work, including semicolon-separated files with decimal commas and older Windows encodings.
  • Confirm the columns. SKU, stock, price and name are pre-selected from the header names, and you can change any of them.
  • Read the result: SKUs in both files, SKUs on one side only, stock gaps in both directions, price gaps and duplicated SKUs, with the ten largest gaps in each group.

What we do not see

Privacy

The comparison is done by code that runs in your browser. The files are not sent to our server, to our CRM or to analytics. We do not record file names, SKUs, quantities, prices or the numbers in your result, not even as totals.

You can check this yourself: open your browser's network panel before you choose the files. Choosing an Excel file loads one more script from this site, the Excel reader. Nothing is sent out.

The form below the result is separate. If you ask for the full list and the guide, it sends the first name, email and company you type in, and nothing about your files.

What the result tells you, and what it cannot

Limits

Two exports taken at different moments differ by whatever was sold or received in between, so take them as close together as you can. A gap is a place to look, not a verdict: the guide that comes with the full list covers the usual causes and what to check first.

This version compares products: stock and price by SKU. It does not compare orders.

Questions about the sync check

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The files are opened and compared by code running in your browser tab. Nothing from them is sent to Evelumo or to any third party: no file, no SKU, no quantity, no price and no total from the result.

Which files do I need?

Two exports: the product or stock list from your ERP or warehouse system, and the product or inventory export from your store. Each needs a column with the SKU and a column with the stock quantity; a price column is optional. CSV and Excel (.xlsx) files work. If your system saves the old binary .xls format, open the file and save it as .xlsx or CSV first.

My ERP holds net prices and the store shows gross prices. Can I still compare them?

Yes. Open the comparison options, say which side is net and enter the VAT rate. The check converts the ERP price before comparing, and a price tolerance absorbs rounding to the cent.

The check found stock differences. Is my integration broken?

Not necessarily. Stock differs for ordinary reasons too: the exports were taken at different times, the ERP counts reservations and open orders differently, or several warehouses feed one store location. Take both exports right after a sync run and compare again. What still differs is worth investigating.

Does it cost anything, and do I have to leave my details?

The check is free and the result appears on screen without a form. The full row-by-row list and the guide to the usual causes are available in exchange for your first name, work email and company.

Want a second pair of eyes on the result?

In a 20-minute call we look at your gaps with you and say which cause we would check first. Evelumo builds B2C stores and B2B platforms on Medusa.js and connects them with ERP systems.
